Jay Raman, Managing Director
Jay Raman started Ashoka Lion in 2006 doing property management, and our firm picked up its first HOA client in 2008. He is a graduate of the University Of Texas At Austn with Bachelors and Masters in Accountancy, and he has a law degree from the University of Houston. He has a wife and two adorable children with him expecting his third this year.

Alice Riley is a veteran of HOA management for over 10 years, and has managed Association in multiple states (Ca, and Tx), which have ranged from a small as 6 townhomes to 1000 of homes. Alice is certified as a CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) with the Community Association Institute (CAI). Alice is married with 3 children, and has lived in Arizona for the past 3 years. She is leading the Ashoka Lion expansion into the Arizona Market.

Sreeja Pradeep, Association Financial Reporting
Jeremie Tejas is a recent addition to Ashoka Lion, but she works on handling our phone lines to assist homeowners and clients with their needs or inquiries regarding their associations. She is hard working with a lot of experience helping clients over the phone, and will work to resolve questions about the HOA, our HOA management team protocols for an Association, or other general questions as quickly as she can.

Sreeja has been a member of the Ashoka Lion team for years, and she supervises the handling our HOA bookkeeping, payables, collections, and financial reporting for our HOA communities. She will also work to research issues reported by Homeowners, Vendors, or HOA board members that need to resolved.

Sreekanth works as assistant manager working with our managers on document management for our association, reviewing our HOA inspection reports for violations letters, and reviews maintenance work orders to insure that they are progressing to completion.

Sini has been a member of the Ashoka Lion team for past few years, and she handles the processing of payables and bills for our HOA clients. In addition, she is our designated Account Receivable and Collections analyst for our Associations who works with the HOA communities to notify delinquent homeowners or coordinate with legal counsel for further collection efforts.
